DMCA / Copyright Policy
We respect copyright ownership and have established clear pathways to handle claims of intellectual property infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Submitting a Copyright Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work is hosted on bokephd.work without authorization, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated support desk. Your notification must include:
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The specific URL or active link of the page containing the allegedly infringing material.
- Your direct contact details (full name, phone number, physical address, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or their legal representative.
The Report Content worksheet can help organize the URL and notice details locally. It does not transmit a notice, so use an independently available recipient channel for delivery.
2. Counter-Notice Procedures
If your content was removed due to a copyright report and you believe this was done in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must identify the removed material, include your contact details, state under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, consent to local jurisdiction, and provide your signature. For further details on user conduct, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
3. Termination of Repeated Violators
We operate a strict repeat infringer policy. Any contributor, publisher, or user who repeatedly uploads unauthorized material or violates platform safety guidelines will face permanent exclusion and blocklisting from our systems.
